– The product must be with its original packaging, hang-tags, and the receipt, not damaged or used.
– The product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery ( products purchased during offers / sale can only be returned during offers / sale period).
– Underwear products cannot be returned.
– If the product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the products purchased, as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.
– Refunds will be in your wallet or bank account within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned shipment.
– If you receive a damaged item, you will not be charged with any additional fees. We are going to pay the shipping fee to return that item back to our warehouse and send a replacement for you as soon as our team finishes inspecting your shipment.
– If your item matches the return & exchange policy, the shipping fees to return your item will be deducted from your account:

GCC countries shipping fees 90 Riyal Saudi
International shipping fees 120 Riyal Saudi
Canceling or Changing your Order
– Although we are not able to make changes to your order, you have an hour to cancel it by contacting us: info@Muna Abulfaraj.com
– You have the right to cancel your order in case of a delivery delay on for more than 15 days.
Exchanging your order
It can be done after receiving your shipment at our warehouse and once it is inspected by our team. Please be aware that the amount will be added as a balance in your wallet at our online store, then you can re-order.
How to request a return
Please send the following information to our customer service team (online@bloomingwear.com ):
1- The 5-digit order number.
2- A copy of the invoice, which attached to the order.
3- The bar codes of the products to be returned.
4- The address to request a pick up for the returned shipment.
